This is my site’s data protection and privacy policy that explains who I am, why and how I may process personal data and, if you are the subject of any of the personal data concerned, what rights you have and how to get in touch with me if you need to.

From a GDPR perspective I’m a data controller which means I decide how your personal data is processed and for what purposes (in relation to my services).

I’m NOT in the business of selling your information.

- We make use of a secure and resilient hosting platform.
- All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.
I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
I may also release your information when I believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce this site’s policies, or protect my or others rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
